President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Senator Gbenga Daniel on his 70th birthday during a public celebration in Abuja.
The ceremony took place at the Yar’Adua Centre, where guests gathered to honour Daniel and launch four books documenting his life and career.
Minister of Finance Wale Edun represented Tinubu at the event and delivered the President’s goodwill message to attendees.
Speakers at the gathering highlighted Daniel’s journey from private sector leadership into governance and national politics.
Tinubu praised Daniel’s record and said, “I salute Otunba Daniel for his professional exploits, governance strides, and political achievements.”
He also credited Daniel’s early business success, noting that Kresta Laurel developed into a leading engineering company in Nigeria’s electro-mechanical sector.
