A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in Apo, Abuja, has ordered the final forfeiture of assets worth more than N9 billion linked to businesswoman Aisha Achimugu to the Federal Government.

The order was made on Thursday, July 16, 2026, by Justice Jude Onwugbuzie, following an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for the final forfeiture of the assets.

The forfeited properties include jewelleries valued at N4,645,170,294.09, 11 exotic vehicles worth N4,293,000,000, $50,000 (United States Dollars) and N30 million in cash.

The court granted the EFCC’s application after considering the evidence presented by the anti-graft agency, thereby transferring ownership of the assets to the Federal Government.

The judgment marks the conclusion of the forfeiture proceedings initiated by the EFCC over the properties linked to Achimugu.

Further details of the court’s decision are expected to be made public.
