Nigerian-British businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, underwent five penis enlargement procedures at a Bangkok clinic before his death, Thai health authorities have revealed.
The 43-year-old and friends with many celebrities including music superstar Davido reportedly died in March 2026 after undergoing his fifth penile filler procedure while on holiday in Thailand with his wife.
The Department of Health Service Support, under Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health, disclosed the details on Tuesday, September 8, following an inspection of the clinic where Ubiribo received his final treatment.
According to the authorities, the clinic told investigators that Ubiribo had been a regular patient since 2024 and had undergone five injections to enlarge his penis between 2024 and 2026.
The first four procedures were reportedly carried out between 2024 and 2025, while the fifth was performed on March 5, 2026—the day he later lost consciousness and was rushed to hospital.
His wife reportedly told medical personnel that Ubiribo had received a penile filler injection earlier that day before going for a massage.
The information prompted Thai authorities to investigate the clinic, located on Rama 1 Road in Bangkok’s Pathum Wan District, on September 7.
The final procedure involved the injection of 40cc of filler into Ubiribo’s penis.
Health authorities said the doctor had advised him to have the procedure divided into two sessions, but he reportedly preferred to receive the entire injection at once.
“The doctor recommended dividing the injection into two sessions, but the patient preferred a single injection,” the authorities said.
The clinic also told investigators that Ubiribo had been given post-operative care instructions and followed up after the procedure, but did not report any problems.
The statement added that he had signed consent forms before each of the five procedures.
Ubiribo subsequently lost consciousness and was taken to hospital by ambulance on March 5. He died the following day.
Thai authorities are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding his death and the clinic’s role in the treatment he received.
