The son of British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has challenged reports surrounding his father’s death in Thailand, disputing claims that he died from complications linked to a penis enlargement procedure.
In an emotional video, Junior said he believed the circumstances surrounding his father’s death had not been fully explained, pointing to what he described as unexplained injuries on his body.
Junior alleged that his father had a missing eyeball and a “giant gash” on his forehead, questioning how such injuries could be connected to the reported medical procedure.
“My dad was killed in March, and I say killed because although they’re trying to push this narrative that he needed his d*** bigger, that’s not what happened,” he said.
He also raised questions about his father’s wife, alleging that she was not legally married to Igho and had failed to provide the family with sufficient information about what happened in Thailand.
Junior further alleged that his inheritance and some of his late father’s properties were taken by the woman.
“I had my inheritance stolen by his wife. Just crazy how many properties, guns, watches, just gone to South Africa with the wind,” he alleged.
The younger Ubiribo said the family had largely relied on reports circulating online to understand the circumstances of Igho’s death.
He accused some individuals of attempting to “defile” his father’s name and distort the narrative surrounding his life and death.
Junior’s claims come days after a UK coroner’s inquest reportedly concluded that Igho died from a pulmonary embolism linked to hyaluronic acid filler used during a penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok.
However, Junior rejected the reported account, insisting that the circumstances surrounding his father’s death required further clarification.
“I miss my dad. He didn’t deserve what happened to him, and he doesn’t deserve what’s happening to him now,” he said.
