The company plans to achieve this through digitalization and stakeholder engagement.

At a recent meeting with stakeholders in Lagos, NLNG outlined its strategy to improve the LPG supply process, including the introduction of a new digital platform.

This platform will streamline regulatory processes, optimize risk management, and enhance the buyer experience.

The platform’s features will include IT-supported relationship management, automated issue resolution, centralized real-time payments, and improved case management systems.

These enhancements aim to ensure a seamless supply process, despite market fluctuations and external pressures.

Tolulope Longe, Manager, Commercial Contract Management at NLNG, emphasized the company’s resolve to deliver 100% of its LPG supply to the Nigerian market.

She noted that a strategic roadmap is in place to achieve this goal, aligning with NLNG’s vision of being a globally competitive energy company that improves lives sustainably.

Longe highlighted the significance of these improvement initiatives and NLNG’s push for LPG utilization as a clean energy source alternative to kerosene and other fossil fuels.

She stressed the company’s commitment to collaborating with stakeholders to maintain pricing stability and long-term market viability.

NLNG aims to strengthen stakeholder engagement and improve market efficiency in the LPG sector through enhanced customer interactions, minimized schedule disruptions, timely confirmations and deliveries, and prioritization of customers with demonstrable capacity. As it adapts to market realities, NLNG remains committed to driving sustainability and delivering lasting value to Nigerians.
