Annie Idibia, the estranged wife of music legend 2Baba, has made a return to social media nearly two months after their public breakup.
In her first post since her return, Annie expressed heartfelt gratitude to her family, friends, and fans for their unwavering support during this challenging time.
Annie, who still bears her husband’s name in her Instagram bio, signed off with her full name, Annie Uwana Macaulay, noticeably excluding Idibia.
Her post read, “To my family, to my friends who came through for me, the support system I have now, all my amazing family here and all over the world… God bless you for the outpouring of love.”
Annie’s marriage to 2Baba, with whom she shares two children, came to an end in January 2025 when the singer publicly announced their separation.
2Baba has since made a public proposal to his new fiancée, Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
