Hon. Victor Oluwasegun Akande, a former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, is dead.
Akande represented Ojo Constituency 1 in the House from 2015 to 2023, earning a reputation as a committed and articulate legislator.
Following the end of his tenure, he continued to pursue academic excellence and, in 2023, obtained a PhD in Law from Imo State University — a reflection of his passion for knowledge and personal development.
