Dangote Petroleum Refinery has responded to the price of its petrol as released by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited.
Olufemi Soneye, NNPC’s spokesperson during an interview revealed that the company bought petrol from the refiner at N898 per litre.
But Dangote refinery says the claim is misleading.
In a statement on Sunday by Dangote Group signed by its spokesperson, Anthony Chiejina, the company described the NNPC claim as “mischievous”.
