Lagos is investors’ delight, says Sanwo-Olu at Harvard

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has described the state as an investor’s delight, citing the state’s $259 billion GDP, 25 million population, four seaports, and friendly government policies.

Sanwo-Olu made the remarks at Harvard Business School, where he spoke on “Building the Future: Lagos State Infrastructure-led Transformation”.

Investment Opportunities
The Governor highlighted Lagos’ infrastructure development, including the Blue Line and Red Line rail projects, a new airport, and road construction.

He also emphasized the state’s potential in tech, tourism, arts, and culture, noting that Lagos is one of the foremost tech-driven states in Nigeria.

Economic Growth
Sanwo-Olu cited the state’s 30-year Development Plan to make Lagos a human-centric economy, leveraging its youthful population and tech-savvy workforce.

He invited investors to take advantage of opportunities in Lagos, saying the state is still building infrastructure and offers a conducive business environment.
