The family and many fans of gospel singer organiser of Turnitup With Big Bolaji, Bolaji Olanrewaju, an annual show in Ibadan, have continued to mourn his passage.
The family said Bolaji died on Saturday after a brief illness.
He was 50.

- Big Bolaji was a versatile and purposeful artiste.
- He is a full-time music minister.
- He was converted and raised at the headquarters of The Sword Of The Spirit Ministries under the tutelage of Bishop Francis Wale Oke.
- Bolaji grew up in Ibadan, Oyo State but he hails from Gbongan, Osun State.
- He attended Subuola Nursery and Primary School.
- He attended, Loyola College for one term and completed his secondary school education in London at Archbishop Tensions High School Oval, London. He graduated as an Estate Surveyor from the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.
- He was an ordained minister in Redeemed Christian Church of God and has been in the ministry for over 19 years.
- For several years Bolaji organised annual concert tagged: “Turnitup With Big Bolaji” in Ibadan.
- He is is a member of the board of directors for the Living Spring Music Festival.
- In 2018 he released a single titled “Real to me”.
- He has no album since he focused solely on performing already written praises and worship songs during events and adds his spice to it.
