According to eyewitnesses, the woman arrived at the police station with several bags of clothes and allegedly refused to pay the Uber driver the agreed fare of ₦15,000 for the trip.

Police officers at the station were said to have intervened, with one officer reportedly paying the driver to enable the woman return home. However, to the surprise of many, she ordered another Uber shortly after and returned to Panti, saying she wanted to “rent an apartment” inside the police premises.

It was gathered that the woman spent the night around the area, prompting officers to appeal to her family members or anyone who knows her to come forward and take her home.

The unusual episode has sparked reactions online, with many social media users expressing concern about her mental well-being.
