President Bola Tinubu will return to Abuja on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, after ending his vacation earlier than scheduled.
The President, who departed Nigeria for France on September 4 to begin his annual holiday, was initially expected to split his vacation between France and the United Kingdom.
During his stay in Paris, Tinubu held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. The two leaders reportedly reviewed key areas of cooperation between Nigeria and France, pledging to deepen bilateral ties in pursuit of mutual prosperity and global stability.
According to a statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Tinubu will resume official duties immediately upon his return to the nation’s capital.
