Ken Caleb Olumese De Guv’Nor was truly the Don Cornelius of Nightlife Entertainment in Lagos. His exceptional contribution to Nightclubbing in the 80’s shaped the entertainment landscape in Nigeria.
The quintessential impresario ran his club Nightshift Coliseum* in Ikeja for 40 years and he raised the bar to such a level that others started learning from him.

Olumese made it clear from the very beginning that his club was meant for the middle class and upper middle class members of the society. It was an exclusive club and there were rules. If you looked out of place you won’t be allowed in .
Nightshift provided space for the flowering of many talents including Felix and Moses, Tuface, Tony Tetuila , Eedris , Sunny Neji, Plantation Boys etc
At 81 years his distinguished and stylish elegance remains topnotch.
