Globacom restores services after Tuesday network disruption

Telecommunications operator Globacom has announced the restoration of its services following a network disruption that occurred on Tuesday, December 9.

In a message issued to customers, the company confirmed that the technical fault responsible for the service outage had been fully resolved and normal connectivity restored. The disruption, which largely affected internet services, left many subscribers unable to access data services for several hours.

“Dear customer, the network disruption which occurred on Tuesday December 9 has now been rectified and services fully restored. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience,” the company said in its notice to subscribers.

Globacom also expressed appreciation to customers for their understanding during the downtime and assured them of continued efforts to maintain stable and reliable service delivery.
