Heirs Insurance Group has announced the launch of a ₦5 million grant competition aimed at supporting retirees and pre-retirees in Nigeria in realizing their post-retirement dreams.
The company stated that entries must be submitted online through its official website at www.heirsinsurancegroup.com/retireesclub.
According to the statement, the competition targets Nigerians aged 50 to 75 who are either retired or nearing retirement and have previously engaged in paid employment.
Heirs Insurance said submissions open on August 6 and close on September 12, with winners to be announced in October.
The company explained that the competition is designed to empower older Nigerians by providing financial support to help them pursue meaningful goals and improve their quality of life after retirement.
To participate, the firm said applicants must upload a one-minute video describing a dream or project that would enhance their retirement life.
It added that three winners would be selected, with prizes of ₦2.5 million, ₦1.5 million, and ₦1 million for first, second, and third place, respectively.
The initiative forms part of the Heirs Insurance Retirees Club, which offers retirees access to expert advice on health and financial wellness.
