Thirty suspected miscreants have been sentenced to two months’ imprisonment each after pleading guilty to vandalising and removing iron rods supporting bridges at Alakija, Trade Fair, Orile and Abule-Ado areas of Lagos.
The suspects were arraigned on Friday before a Mobile Magistrate Court sitting in Bolade, Oshodi, where they pleaded guilty to the offences.
The court subsequently convicted and sentenced each of them to two months in prison.
Those convicted are:

The convictions followed their arrest over alleged acts of vandalism involving the removal of iron rods supporting the identified bridges.
